Basically, I love long conversation and story telling. I write stories that are hard to tell. :-)

I am curious about many things. I often ask questions whenever I meet interesting people, I am excited to learn something new from their sharing.

I have a great passion in writing and research and would spend several hours in a day reading and researching topics for my sites.

I hate parties and never hang out with friends for mall strolling or any passive activities. I considered disco and bar houses and all sorts of night life as nasty and boring. I hate liquors and cigarettes. I prefer walk on a beach, long conversation and road trip to far away places, I enjoy the freedom it gives and the value of discoveries it provides. I love the details of life and one way of experiencing it is to take occasional travels and explore other places' culture and wonders.

I love traveling and my ultimate travel dream is to take a leisure trip around Europe. Some of the best holiday destinations I am savoring are Tuscany, Cornwall, Scotland, Switzerland and Myconos and French Polynesia in the Pacific.

Apart from taking a road trip, my favorite moment of the day is staying at home, it's more peaceful, more quiet and I have all the freedom to indulge in my two habits: WRITING and COOKING.

Journal writing is a great relief, it helps me escape from the torment of everyday life in the city. It's my way of relieving stress, it's an amazing sanctuary. Cooking is another thing, I always love the kitchen atmosphere.

I viewed life on a poetic context: It's a beautiful journey, never take a short cut, you might miss the best part, instead take the long route and enjoy the scenery....and it seems I am taking this poetic context too literally because I am indeed traveling a very long route, with no exciting treasure in sight yet, felt like I took this phrase too seriously: "Choose to be an adventurer in search of a treasure rather than a victim of the world" hehe!

 I earned my Master's degree in Business Administration at the Ateneo de Davao University. I grew up in one of the provinces in Mindanao but now take up a permanent residence in the country's capital.
I adored world figures such as The Blessed John Paul II, Pope Francis, Warren Buffet, Li Ka Shing, Stephen Hawking, Prince Philip the Duke of Edinburgh and the late Steve Jobs, Ninoy Aquino and Diana Princess of Wales. I collected books from royalty, world wars, business and investment.

Positive Outlook to face Another Year

I've finally grown up. Emotionally.  I know it's not a phenomenon to brag on at the start of another year, others might find it completely nonsense and somewhat funny, but it's an assertion with myself that I finally get rid of those petty trepidations. It's a personal confrontation. Like facing the mirror, looking at my real self, groping where those hazy feelings of burdens, fears, apprehensions and discomforts hid. I've finally outgrown the fascination towards astrology. Back then, each new year I would scramble to search the internet how the stars and all those ancient symbols of horoscope would influence my fate, I would make frequent trips to the national bookstore to find books on tarot card readings, dreams interpretation and Chinese astrology hoping to get clear explanations why my life gone haywire. My First Travel Abroad!

Got a taste of real life adventure outside the country! :-D Back in my high school years, I often wondered what's on the other side of the continent, how people lived, what the environment looks like, the culture, the food, the lifestyle and the feeling of being in a completely different place. So I dreamed of going to another land, not necessarily to work, but to satisfy my curiosity and explore new learnings and experiences. Then one day, a good friend, Maribeth Galindo, coordinator of the social science division at UIC, told me to join their group for a leisure trip to Hongkong and Macau after summer break and because my passport will about to expire early next year with no single stamp yet from the immigration, I wasted no time and agreed.
